The culinary DNA of Sylt finds a unique expression right here, namely on the plates that our host Jan-Philipp Berner creates as a culinary impetus together with his chef Jan Fehling and the whole team.

While the waves of the rough North Sea reach the beach outside, a varied, Nordic-influenced degustation menu created with passion and love for the product awaits you in our newly designed restaurant. Tuesdays to Saturdays, you will enjoy a 6- to 8-course menu in our gourmet restaurant on Sylt, centred on the natural resources of the surrounding area and the treasures of the North Sea, depending on the season. On Sundays, experience the classics of the Söl’ring Hof and immerse yourself in a kind of retrospective of the culinary history of our gourmet restaurant on Sylt, which has again been awarded 2 Michelin stars in 2023

The Sylt restaurant with direct access to the magnificent terrace with its expansive view over the sea, has – as expected from its location in the middle of the North Sea – the best access to fish and seafood. Jan-Philipp Berner cultivates his connections with local fishermen and sets the highest standards for the quality of each catch. His seafood menu is an epicurean feast that tastes of wide seas and freshness and is sure to be unforgettable in its beautiful presentation.

In our “Wohnzimmer” an exciting à la carte programme also awaits you during the day with daily changing recommendations for a snack in between, a lunch or dinner. And of course we are happy to put you in the mood for pleasure in the late afternoon or evening after a fulfilling day with a glass of champagne or a suitable wine recommendation from over 800 positions.
