Tuesdays to Saturdays from 18:30,
the kitchen closes at 22:00, the restaurant closes at 23:00

When  Jan Fehling, the chefs at Jan-Philipp Berner’s side, stand at the pass with their team and the guests look in amazement at the many nimble hands putting the finishing touches to the plates, this is one of the very special star moments of a culinary evening at the Düne. Because this artistry and devotion are sure to be remembered as part of a wonderful journey – just like Sylt’s taste, which finds expression through the delicate, light and seasonal creations.

The beautiful Sylt 2-star restaurant of the Söl’ring Hof on the Rantumer Düne has been known for its creative cuisine and Nordic-inspired culinary delights for many years. At the side of host and culinary motor Jan-Philipp Berner – member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe – the chef Jan Fehling shape the epicurean orientation of our gourmet restaurant. Together with Bärbel Ring, hostess and sommelière of the starred restaurant, Sylt’s surroundings and its treasures become palatable, giving you a sense of the wonderful local diversity of nature. After several aperitifs, the entire restaurant and kitchen team will offer you an extensive tasting menu, which can end wonderfully with cheese from our specially created trolley.
