It’s that time again – our kitchen team has created a new late summer menu for you.
As usual, we change the menu many times a year to take advantage of the wonderful seasonal produce that nature offers us for our creative dishes.
The Sylt salt marsh with all its intense tasting herbs is still at its peak, but with the early autumn this time will come to an end. Our garden is currently looking beautifully lush. Kale is growing, mirabelles are hanging from the trees and the nasturtiums are still in bloom.
Even though summer is moving into its gentle late phase, there is still an exuberant summer mood here at the Düne. No wonder – after an unsettled July and a moody August, we want to celebrate summer properly once again, and on our plates too.
That is why we have captured the beautiful mood of relaxed barbecue evenings and let smoky barbecue flavours dominate the two meat courses.
The whole team is looking forward to the colourful menu and many summery guests. After all, autumn will come soon enough.
By the way: our lunches will of course continue in September, again in tune with what the season has in store for us. You can find all the important information here.
