We actually believe that you shouldn’t think or see in black and white, because the world is far too colourful and multifaceted.
But once a year we simply have to make an exception – because black and white are our absolute favourite colours. Our truffle weeks start from 12-23 December – and so the white alba truffle and the black Perigord truffle will be the unbeaten stars of our menus.
Our chef and the whole team have staged the coveted tubers in 5 courses each, framed by 5 preceding snacks and 5 concluding petit fours. And in between? Definitely lots of truffles – creatively and sensually prepared in our style and a real treat for all lovers of this exclusive product.
