The first Lêhrlings Hof was a huge success for our apprentices – and the feedback from you, our guests, was simply overwhelming! We are taking this enthusiasm with us: We are already in the middle of planning Lêhrlings Hof 2.0 in 2027.

A glimpse behind the scenes of our first team meetings reveals that our young hosts are brimming with ideas! Without giving too much away, it will be wonderfully personal and diverse. The very first concepts range from culinary childhood memories and close collaboration with regional Sylt producers to exciting international influences in the mornings. The search for inspiring Michelin-starred guest chefs is also already in full swing. It’s great to see the creative energy with which the team is tackling this project.
